Very good quality American made item. It fit my 1968 Ford F-100 perfect. It sits right below my new Fey step bumper and I can't even see it except for the square receiver hole.
Great hitch, I didn’t even have to drill one hole in the frame on my 1988 GMC v3500, it bolted right in. The receiver tucked under the bumper very good
The only thing I didn’t like was the trailer wiring plug bracket because it didn’t accommodate the new style 7-way and 4-way plug that come on the new Chevy trucks
I ordered this hitch for my 84 Chevy D30 military truck. After a few modifications to the existing mounting brackets for the tow hooks and the rear bumper I installed the new hitch assembley. Make sure you loose install all bolts first before tightening. Tighten new hitch assembly last. One of the most difficult parts is getting the Pindel hitch bolts lined up. I would suggest a good tapered line up bar.
Hitch worked out great for my project, 1966 ford f250 body on a 1976 ford f250 4x4 highboy frame/chassis. Drilled all new holes to mount to frame. I had concerns because I had to shorten the frame 2 inches to accommodate the 66 long bed and factor original bumper. Thank you for the photos and dimensions of drop for the receiver tube. Hitch looks great and doesn’t hang to low.
The install was very easy and straight forward, HOWEVER 3 of the lock washers failed at approximately 70ftlbs of torque, so get extra lock washers. They elongated and fell off the bolt while tightening the nuts.

Hitch arrived on time. It was package well and intact when it arrived. Hitch was complete with all hardware and with clear instructions for assemble and install. The quality of manufacturer and finish was outstanding. The online Helpful Product Information site whit the installed tips was very helpful. FOOD FOR THOUGHT!! for B&W manufacture and future consumers. My opinion is that if the hitch was designed wider with the frame rail tabs facing in ward this allow more room for the spare tire. I have a stock 1995 Ford F-250 Power Stroke 7.3 4X4 with the original size spare tire that was sold with the truck. After I installed the hitch I had to use a floor jack to reinstall the spare tire. With out a floor I wouldn't have been able to squeeze the spare tire in between the hitch brackets. This problem could and should be addressed for future consumers or at least brought to there attention.
Fit my 1989 R3500 perfectly. I have a "tucked" sport bumper on the truck and this hitch looks right at home. Very nice hitch.
Well made in the USA! Haven’t installed it yet. Mocking up on 1971 F250 before I have frame powder coated.
Absolutely top quality receiver! It weighs a ton and feels like it could be used to pull the earth off its axis. Also love that its made in USA, comes with all necessary hardware, and a variety of instructions for each specific application. It may be a little pricier then other brands, but the quality is well worth the cost.
I ordered the wrong hitch and when I called Andy he promptly returned my call helped me get the correct hitch and even sent me a return label, amazing customer service. The hitch is installed and I’m very pleased with the performance, highly recommend this.
I am very impressed with this product. The construction on the class 5 hitch is something to brag about! Very well constructed and made. The welds and craftsmanship looks great. The only mods I had to do, the center holes on the frame were off about a 1/4 inch, it’s was no problem to drill out with the right tools. It is well worth the time to install, took me about and hour. This is why I’m always proud to buy products made in the USA [Thumbs up] The quality of the B&W hitch is unmatched. The process and shipment was fast as well.

I have opened the box and everything looks good but it will be a week or so before I have a chance to install the hitch. It looks good though.

Absolutely love the install process and the look of this hitch. I installed it on my 1989 V30 Crew Cab. Took all of 10 minutes.
My only complaint is how it arrived to my doorstep. Not sure if it’s how these things are shipped or if Shipping dropped the ball but it seems like an easy way to lose parts if you ask me. Only stating this in hopes Etrailer can make a note of it happening.

My 1 year update: I’ve pulled several thousand pounds with it and of course it handles it with ease. Highly recommend it for the squarebody guys or anyone restoring one. Powdercoat holds up amazingly and I’m glad I went with this one!
Written instructions were inaccurate, however the instructional video on the website was dead on. Came with everything you need and a couple little extra pieces to account for a dropped nut/washer that gets eaten by the garage monster. Highly recommend etrailer, it’s always a personalized and accurate experience.

76 GMC C 15. Two outside holes are correct. The middle holes need to be drilled. The spare tire carrier change bracket worked without any mods. Good fit clean look.
Strong, well built. Heavy gauge steel with a nice finish. Installation instructions were easy and the fit was perfect. I appreciate that it came with a pre-welded Tab for the the Trailer Plug Bracket that kept me from drilling my own that would have disrupted the finish and gone against the advisory of not modifying any part of the Hitch.
It fit the K30 just fine. I did have a k30 m1008 version so some trimming was needed due to the m1008 rear bumper and how it was made to fit. It is installed and was not that bad. I will order another hitch for my m1028a1 in the near future.
Being out here on the Left Coast, I was most impressed by the short delivery time, the following on, informational web pages with my tracking info, and even; this review submittal page (look for the little blue link to your actual UPS tracking page). Prior to the purchase, I appreciated seeing this product fitment on other buyers legacy old Dodge pickups! My truck is a little old, Dodge Cummins with overdrive TorqueFlite and 30,000 original miles.

Used it 4 times last year to pull my 25 foot Airstream using an equalizer hitch. Still works great!
